  15. They're really supportive, aren't they?  I'd suggest you to do the same 
  16. transfer with another modem and if it doesn't happen, get a RMA# with USR and 
  17. exchange for another one.  However, don't expect to get response from USR any 
  18. time soon though.  There's no comparison on customer service/support between 
  19. USR and PPI.  Good luck...
