- They're really supportive, aren't they? I'd suggest you to do the same
- transfer with another modem and if it doesn't happen, get a RMA# with USR and
- exchange for another one. However, don't expect to get response from USR any
- time soon though. There's no comparison on customer service/support between
- USR and PPI. Good luck...
